This policy explains how Sahit Del Technologies LLP ("DivineCow", "we") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use divinecow.in and our Services, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Data we collect

• Account details: name, mobile number, email (if given) and password (stored encrypted).
• Seva details: Rashi, Gotra, purpose of seva and the names you ask us to include in a Sankalp. These are optional.
• Payment details: transaction IDs, amounts and mandate status. Card and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never stored by us.
• Store orders: delivery address and order history.
• Usage data: device, browser and pages visited, through cookies and analytics.

2. How we use it

• To perform your seva and prepare your Sankalp and feeding videos
• To process payments, mandates, refunds and store orders
• To send seva videos, pre-debit notices, receipts and service messages by SMS, email and, with your consent, WhatsApp
• To prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and improve our Services

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run DivineCow (payment gateway, SMS and WhatsApp providers, hosting, courier partners), under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities when required by law.

4. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent (including for WhatsApp messages), and raise a grievance by writing to wecare@divinecow.in. Withdrawing consent may limit some Services.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and trusted providers to protect your data. No online system is completely secure, so please keep your login details private.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

8. Children

Our Services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with the updated date.
